If you have not created an
account on our web site, there are two ways you can start this
process. The first is to select the 'Create an Account' option
on any page in the left side navigation area (figure 1).

The second is by
selecting the 'MyAccount' link from the quick navigation area
(figure 2) or from the Customer Care section (figure 3). From
the 'MyAccount' logon page you will see a button at the bottom of
the page to create and account.

The first step in
creating an account is to set your ID and Password (figure 4).
Your ID can be any length but can not contain any spaces.
It is preferable to make your ID the primary e-mail address of the
account. This is something unique and easy to remember.
If you enter in an ID that is already in use you will be prompted
for a new one. You password must be between 6 and 12 character
long and can contain letters and/or numbers but no spaces.
Make certain you write down your ID and password. Your password
can later be reset through various means but your ID can not be
changed.

After you select
an ID and password, you will see the main membership information
page. If you have made a purchase from our site already then
this page will look familiar. Here you will enter in your
billing, shipping and payment information into your account.
All fields with a red asterisk (*) need to be filled in. If
your shipping information is the same as your billing, simply select
the box labeled 'My shipping
information is the same as my primary information'.
A couple of notes
about this page and filling in the information. First, if
you want to expedite your checkout process but do not want to keep
a credit card number or PO number on record with us, that is fine.
Simply select the the option 'I
will enter my payment information at the time of purchase'.
This way all of your billing and shipping information will be retrieved
during checkout but you will be prompted to enter in your payment
information. Second, if you want you can have our system 'remember'
you when you return. This simply helps streamline the checkout
process even further. This way when you are checking out you
do not need to login in order for us to retrieve your information.
We already know who you are when you come to the site and thus will
retrieve this information for you. This is a feature that
you can turn on and off at anytime by editing the information in
your account.
