Updating your account information is much the same as creating an account.  If you want to change some information simply change it on the form or select the new option and then select the 'Update Account' button at the bottom of the page.

One note however, by default you do not need to provide password information when updating your account information.  even if you change your e-mail address your ID and password stay the same.  Because of this if you do wish to change your password you must first provide the password information and then select the 'Please check here if you wish to reset your password' option (figure 1).  If you do not your new password will not be saved.
