One of the primary
advantages of having an account on our site is that we keep a record
of all of your past purchases. Doing this allows us to allow
you to view these past purchases and even repeat them if you like.
All of this is to help you streamline your purchase process as much
as possible.
The first process
in viewing or repeating a past purchase is to log into your account.
Once you do this you can select the option to 'View My Past Orders'
from the main MyAccount page. When you do this you will
be taken to the Past Orders page. If you have any past and
completed orders they will be listed here. It is important
to note that this page only lists orders that are already complete.
You will see the list of orders and their order number, the date
the order was placed and how it was paid for (figure 1).

In order to view
or repeat a particular order click on the 'View' button to the right
of the order you are interested in. If you only want to view
the information in the order then when you are done select the
'Cancel' button to go back to the list of past orders.
However, if you
are wanting to repeat all or part of the past order there are a
couple of ways you can go about this. First you need to get
all or part of the items in this order into your shopping cart.
If you want all of the items you can select the 'Check
here to repeat entire order' checkbox and all items will be placed
in your shopping cart when you process the form. If you only
want a selected number of items from this order then place a check
in the checkbox to the right of each of the items you want to repeat
in this order. Note, you can also repeat any special
instructions from this order, which might save you some typing!
The second thing
to consider in repeating this order is whether or not you will be
adding more to your new order. There are three options for
processing this order at the bottom of the page (figure 2).

Once you have your
items from this past order selected you can place them in the
shopping cart and then choose one of three options. You can
continue shopping which will take you to the main shopping area.
You can view more past orders incase you have items from other past
orders you want to add to your new order. Lastly, you can
begin the checkout process. Which since you are already logged
in to the system will simply take you to the order confirmation page
(unless you still need to enter your payment information).
